Will the the corded phone and base/answering machine work during a power outage?

Hi - The corded handset of the AT&T CL84107 can still be used to make and receive calls during power outages but the answering machine will not work. Thank you!

Can I turn off the voice announcement?

Yes read the manual on how to. We hated it as the electronic voice is ultra annoying and miss-pronounces even.

Can I use this phone with any service provider?

Hi - The AT&T CL84107 is designed to work with analog, digital or VOIP residential type of service. Thank you!

Will this phone accept a wired headset?

Fran - The AT&T CL84307 does not have a headset jack. You can check the 2-line phone model TL86103 and TL88102, which has a 2.5mm headset jack on the cordless handset. Thank you!
