Q: Do they work on walls ??

Alcohol ink works on non-porous surfaces, preferably smooth. So it would depend on the wall. Doesn’t work like traditional paint.

Q: How long should it dry on wood before coating with carnauba wax?

I only use it on metal tumblers, so I honestly don't know. I know that when I use it on metal, it dries very quickly.

Q: It seems to me that most custumers use this product to apply it directly to different surfaces. How about blending it with an epoxy? Any experiences?

No experience blending with epoxy, sorry.
