Great customer service
This product worked perfectly and did a good job with my acrylic nails. Unfortunately the handpiece drill randomly stopped working a few days ago. The seller was quick to contact me and try and help as much as she could. She offered me a full refund for the product as we couldn't manage to fix it.5* customer service and would purchase from them again!

It works amazing!
I’m a semi beginner, I have experience with acrylic nails but have never used an electric file before. I had no problem figuring it out, and it’s very good quality! I used it to shape a set and they looked great! Also used it to remove the set and it worked perfect. The speed settings are so smooth, the transition is 😚👌*chefs kiss*

Good beginner/intermediate drill
I had the same drill for nearly two years before it stopped working. I reordered the same one and immediately had issues with the hand piece not working the same. Much louder and would stop spinning randomly, also got very hot. I messaged melody Susie support and got a very quick response. They are sending me a replacement hand piece which should hopefully resolve all issues I’m having. This drill is great for home use. I would probably not suggest it for an every day nail tech since it’s a little bulky and I can’t speak to the longevity of using it that often but it works great for me.
