I noticed some difference , I guess it worked

Not so effective to me
One week of usage, not a significant improvement, only minor. I tried another brand which comes as soft gel and that one was amazing with immediate effect compared to this one. Will review again after a longer usage.

Did not notice any improvement...!!!
I purchased this product because I have minor BPH. I almost finished the bottle, but I did not notice any improvement (taking 3 tablets every day.. as prescribed). I’m still waking up at night (once), and I'm still feeling the urination urgency from time to time. I put 2 stars because it contains some Zinc!!

Helps a bit, you just have to give it time
I tried this to see if it would make a difference with nighttime trips to the bathroom. It did not fix everything, but after a couple of weeks I noticed things felt a little more manageable. The capsules are easy to take and did not bother my stomach. It is not a miracle, but it offers some steady support if you are looking for something simple to add to your routine.
