In my opinion this is like those brand name quality waste trainers. I got a XXL and I am 220 pounds, 5’4. This is a strong waist trainer, not flimsy at all. I keep this on for a couple hours just to sweat around my troublesome areas and to help me reduce my bloating. I don’t particularly like wearing it in person too much because it’s so tight that it creates some rolls at the top of my back on top of the waist trainer that is visible when I wear tight clothes. But this is my own issue I could probably size up and issue resolved if I wanted this to be a spanks kind of waste trainer but that’s not why I’m using it and I wanted to feel snatched. A tip for getting it on, if you lay down on your bed to flatten your belly it is easier to get on! I believe waist trainers should have at least some of a struggle to get on, or perhaps it may be too big in my opinion. If you’re thinking about it: self-care love. I would buy it :) and when I continue losing weight I will Continue downsizing in this one.

Good quality and works well, boning jabs in after a while leaving some gnarly indents. The waist area isn’t as cinched as I need it. Then again I have a drastic hip to waist ratio to begin with so don’t blame the product. Really helps smooth shit out under clothes too. Can cause some back cramps

Very happy with this purchase. I've been buying Yianna for about 9 years because of serious back problems. (Herniated disks). This is my 3rd cincher and I can't imagine life without it. When I wake up on those bad days, I put it on and slowly go about my morning. By mid-day I can remove the cincher without fear of my back going out.
