How does this compare to the original Amope Pedi Perfect?

Hi, the main difference is that this product can be used in the shower on wet feet. The original device is meant for use on dry feet to achieve best results.

Which is more effective in removing very thick callouses....extra coarse dry amope or the regular coarse wet and dry amope?

I would think the wet/ dry as it seems more powerful than the extra coarse. The wet/ dry is rechargeable so you can really get at the callouses without having to replace the battery.

Will the dry (black) replacement heads work on the wet model? It would make sense you could not get these wet but will they fit on the Wet model?

Hi, yes the dry roller heads are interchangeable but as you noted you should not use them on wet feet.
