himaly Mini Exercise Bike Portable Pedal Exerciser Gym Fitness for Leg Arm

I bought this for my elderly father who has Parkinson's and an increasingly limited ability to engage in exercise alongside cognitive decline.He loves this product. He was able to set it up out of the box in minutes by himself and found it to be very easy to use and very motivating. It's sufficiently lightweight that he can move it easily and when he's sitting by himself watching TV he finds it very easy to spin away on the bike pedals at the same time. It isn't noisy for him to use, and he really likes the fact that it tells him clearly how many revolutions he has achieved during a session on the easy to read/understand display. He actually told me that he had had forced himself to stop using it because he was worried he might overdo it!I spent ages reading reviews of these type of products, and am glad that I just went with this very competitively priced option and offers great value for an elderly person with weakened capacity. Some reviews have commented on the resistance options not being very strong, and my dad did also say this, however for an elderly person with limited strength it's perfect and it allows him to get gentle exercise for as much as he wants without issue.

Easy to put together and use. Not easy to keep still unless it's on a rubber or non slip mat. Good value and quality. Arrived quickly and well packaged.

(Driver left parcel outside my apartment door after knocking on then hearing me yell "be right there" & not 'handed to resident' as marked by Amazon [me being pedantic i s'pose].Very happy with product & packing - full paper manual, nonslip mat & strap,only the resistance knob to fit, so very easy to set-up, thanks. Brand new as per listing, factory test display (28 rotations) cleared by holding down red button to reset to zero, found display switches off by undoing resistance knob enough the LCD unit powers down, then turned back to lowest resistance. Ready to test micro-excercise efforts soon as i grab strong kitchen scissors to snip cable-tie and open it out for proper use. Quite heavy unit to take out on yard sometimes (less than 3kg - must be ME & not so heavy) but portable carefully & compact to store & very well constructed. Cheers :)

It’s a nice little gadget easy to store away and beats not moving. It’s portable enough to move it to a desk to use it for your arms. One star removed as the resistance knob is a waste, doesn’t do anything at all and one star for the counters which are useless. If you use it for a dedicated time like 20 mins each it’s ok.One of the easiest things to assemble and start straight away. Wish they could make the resistance better and the non slip matt works for me

Advised to purchase after a knee replacement and it certainly does help aling with all the other exercises but also helps with the weight I gained to help get it off again as my knee get stronger

Gentle exercise for when walking in the rain does not appeal. Not a particularly challenging task even with the tension screw well turned, but do it for twenty minute or so and the expended effort will be felt. The calorie count must be somewhat speculative (the machine knows nothing about me) but it does remove the guilt associated with eating a bag of crisps! Do you fall asleep when reading or watching TV? A bonus feature is that although it increases activity, this device requires little in conscious engagement. It is unlikely that you will drop off while pedaling and you can continue to enjoy the book or programme for longer. It generates little noise so should not keep others awake. Negatives? Few in my view. Slips on smooth floor if not on some matting and the pedal crank, which is mainly covered, gets very hot! Those calories heating the crank are your calories! Does not need the pedal straps. It is not expensive and seems well made. Minimally intrusive and can be easily hidden from those who might mock. I've had no regrets since getting it.

Good quality, reasonable price and a good for exercise purpose. I have knee pain and doctor recommended me for the pedal bike exercise, so I choose this one, easy to use, light weight,easy to carry, proper assembled. I will recommend everybody.

Product stopped working two days in.The rotations on the screen just stop, and back peddling fixed it for a minute, but the it just kept doing it again.The time for me was also off, by a good 5 or so minutes, it must’ve gotten stuck.Definitely very faulty, and the metal legs connected to the pedals (covered by foam) get REALLY hot, and the machine itself starts smelling of burn.A few other things; there’s holes in the pedals, not sure why - but they cause socks or skin to get caught, I tried putting some cardboard on it to help but it just felt slippy, and I don’t have any exercise shoes, I didn’t think I’d need them for something I’d be using daily, under my desk.The calorie count is also fake, it is NOT at all accurate.The tension adjustment is also painfully awful, it doesnt adjust by much at all and I couldn’t even get it screwed all the way in. The max tension I got, felt like less than a regular push bike, it didn’t feel like enough whatsoever.As easy and convenient this product is, it’s very cheaply made and is not worth the price nor the hassle.Invest in a more expensive one, and get the most out of it. These will NOT help one bit.They’re just convenient because they fold up, that is the ONLY good thing about this product.

Il est léger, facile à utiliser, à replier et à ranger. Il glisse un peu alors j'ai utilisé la méthode indiquée par un précédent acheteur : j'ai découpé un rectangle dans un tapis de gym en mousse serrée. Maintenant, il ne glisse plus du tout.
