Cute! I have an elevated bed and needed something about half the bed height for the little dog to jump onto and then up to the bed. This trunk serves the purpose plus gives storage for me. The size is just right in both height and length so I have room to get in/ out of bed without hurting myself and he has room to jump up without hurting his little bones. The trunk has ample storage area. All the parts needed are included (it is full assembly required). The assembly is super easy and took about 20 minutes. Instructions are pictures (no words) but the pictures and assembly are very simple. However, do yourself a favor (unless you have the hand strength of Thor) and use an electric screwdriver to install the lid hinges and support bracket. The screws are exceedingly painful to install just by hand screwdriver (or the tiny 2 in 1 hex/phillips key they provide. This is not a super-duper heavy duty solid wood product. The inset panels are the thinnest of wood-like product and the frame pieces are the equivalent of 1x2 particle board wrapped in wood colored vinyl. The lid and overall product are sturdy though. Overall, for storage, rustic looks, and light use (such as a small dog jumping onto the bed booster) it’s amazing. As an item for regular daily use (such as a toy box for a rambunctious child) or for sitting on by anyone of any weight, I wouldn’t suggest using this.

Bought this for board games etc in my hallway also doubling as a cute Bench! I purchased a second one for my mom for Christmas for her mud room. She’s planning on using it to store hats and mittens and to sit on while putting their shoes on! Perfect size for small spaces and easy to assemble.

Very sturdy and well made. It's decent sized and very easy to assemble. I bought it specifically to store blankets (I have a bunch 😅) it holds all of them nicely. Shipping was fairly fast as well. Would definitely recommend

We adopted a fat cat with sore joints. He's losing weight but he needed a solid surface to jump from to get to his favorite window I had a chair but it had a padded cushion which caused extra effort and pain. I looked around and saw this. It's a small toy box and it's lovely and it's made of NASTY CHEAP pressed paper board and i know it won't hold up to lots of normal use if it's used several times a day but I'm not using it everyday. It's really not going to be used very much at all. I bought it to replace the chair and we always can use more storage. My husband buys extra groceries for the church pantry near us and he didn't have a nice place to store the items until he could take them. This was perfect for that. Now he can accumulate a nice amount and it's out of site and organized. It's really sturdy and i really like the look but... it's pressed paper board and the screws will loosen and strip out if it's used a lot... so i feel i paid too much. For or use, it won't be opened and closed very much and only the cat will be using it as a stool. Mine didn't come with the stickers to cover over the screw holes so i just painted in the raw white holes with brown paint i had in hand. They are very deep holes so you see the raw paper board hike and the dark screw easily. The hardware for the box it's really nice heavy-duty hardware and it's a shame it's screwed into pressed paper because that won't hold up. There's no smell and the inside is finished the same as the outside which is nice. It will scratch really easily so again, it's not for everyday use or for kids to use as a toy box. I know i over paid but i got what i wanted and that's worth paying premium. It's not quantity. It's just for looking pretty while it helps the cat get to the window. It's certainly not for everyday use.
