Soooo good! The flavor jazzes up plain seltzer and wine spritzers. I’ve tried other ginger syrups, and this is my favorite by far. Worth the money.

Excellent syrup for an authentic ginger ale. Bonus...a tablespoon of syrup will calm a queasy stomach.

I mix one bottle of this with a small bottle of lime juice. I use a small portion of that mixture added to a glass of sparkling mineral water for a refreshing drink.

This review is a personal preference. It is what is advertised - Spicy ginger syrup. It works great in a Soadastream or similar machine. Keep in mind that it is not ginger ale. That is an entirely different beverage. I typically use a little bit more than the Sodastream recommends in order to get adequate flavor instead of just the taste of soda water. Cost per ounce is a bit higher than any of the other syrups you might find for your drink of choice, but you are getting a purer more hand-crafted experience with this product. Probably won't buy again because it needs more sweetener for my taste, but it is comparable to any ginger drinks you would find in the international aisle of any grocer.

If you have ever drank a pink- capped Blenheim Ginger ale, this is the best dude out there. Makes me sneeze just like a Blenheim does upon first opening. I am certain it will taste great In hot tea or over so vanilla icecream.

I live in a hot state & drink a ton of water daily. I’m tired of the taste. Then I discovered spicy ginger. I add about 2T to my container of ice water, plus 2 inches of low cal lemonade & it tastes amazing! It makes me drink even more water, which is a good thing.

The ginger flavor requires approximately four times the recommended amount to achieve any noticeable taste. It is not a syrup and lacks sufficient sweetness, requiring the addition of an alternative sweetener. Overall, the flavor is underwhelming and does not meet expectations. I am not impressed.
