Are the bags bleached?

Hello. Our teabags are compostable and made from Manila hemp cellulose. They are not bleached. They are oxygen-whitened, non-GMO verified and the tag is made from 100% recycled material and soy-based inks. Enjoy!

I'm new to breakfast tea. Does this taste similar to regular black teas (e.g. Newman's Own Royal Tea)?

To me the flavor is somewhat more complex and sophisticated than that of an average black tea. It is more mellow and less sharp. I drink it every morning and like it very much.

The title said full leaf, so is the tea ground or more like a loose leaf tea?

It's in a bag, but it looks like it's ground. Not super ground into tiny bits like most teas, but not full leaves either in my opinion.
