Extremely loud
It is really too loud, extremely loud. And cold option is not working. It is good. But I would better not buy.

Bought in 2015
While I was drying my hair this morning I remembered how frustrating it was back when I bought this hair dryer because almost all of the reviews were from people who had just purchased it, which tells you nothing about its durability nor whether people keep liking it over the long term. At the time, I told myself I would wait a few years and then write a review. Well, that was in December 2015. My six-year-old hair drying seems just the same as when I bought it. This is a good, simple, reliable hair dryer, not too heavy (though not feather-light), pretty powerful, easy to manipulate, and has given me no problems the entire time. Every so often a hair gets caught in it (through the vent at the back) and makes a burning smell, abut it has always recovered quickly. I hope & believe it will keep on going. There's nothing wondrous about it, it's just a good product.

Good for people & dogs
Wish I'd had an ionic hair dryer in high school. Light, easy to use, tough, good attachments, good size, and the diffuser works perfect to dry the dogs' hair too. Very gentle through the diffuser and not too hot. Great for Pomeranian/Chihuahua mix with thick hair, layers. Also good on Yorkie fine hair.

Fantastic hair dryer. Has a few different settings and works well with my diffuser. No complaints, I would buy again. Also the colour is awesome!

Great hair dryer
Love this hairdryer! Had this model before for at least 3 years and it has great drying power and multiple settings including a cool shot. It drys quickly and efficiently as compared to other dryers I've tried that fell short by comparison. I was a bit thrown off by the GFCI plug on the dryer as I did not have it on my last one but after looking if up I understand it is a requiremeng in the US so it is a good safety measure to have on such an appliance. Get one, you won't regret it

Great hairdryer! Used as a replacement for the same model which finally died after 3 years. Love this hairdryer because it dried my very long thick hair in about 5 mins.
