The chemical compound piperine found in pepper allows for more Curcumin to be bioavaliable form natural Turmeric. In this supplement the Curcumin is already extracted.

Does it contains shellfish or fish?

Since then, we have updated the formula for our Glucosamine Chondroitin supplement, and with that came a few changes. First, we have updated the source of Glucosamine making it 100% derived from corn. Although this makes our source of Glucosamine 100% vegan, this product still remains neither vegan nor vegetarian as it contains other ingredients derived from animals. Such as the Chondroitin, that you were referring to, which is originated from bovine. That makes the product shellfish-free. If this product does not contain pepper yet has tumeric as an ingredient then how much black pepper do you need to consume to make the tumeric work?

I believe that if you took enough tumeric, you wouldn't need glucosamine and chondroitin. Tumeric is one of those multi-healing herbs or plants like reishi mushrooms, garlic, cinnamon, black seed oil, etc. However, I just looked up an article that said if you take a quarter teapsoon of black pepper with tumeric, it causes curcumin, the active compound in tumeric, to skyrocket. I'd play with it and see what the results are.
