Works great, easy application, looks awesome
I could not find this color at any price f the big box stores or local hardware store for some reason. Found on amazon and ordered. I use it to dress up my mahogany entry door. I just apply it with a staining pad. It takes less than 15-20 minutes to give it a good cost and it looks great again. Thinner than paint so using a pad helps abound runs. But if it does run you just wipe it out since it isn’t paint. The wood soaks it in. Have used for years.

Easy to use but follow instructions
Very easy to apply. WIPE OFF ALL EXCESS OIL with dry cheesecloth. Do not leave WET. Follow the instructions. I sanded a new shaker style solid cherry sofa table to 600 grit, vacuumed away all dust and applied the cherry danish oil with folded cheese cloth. I apply liberally but WIPE DRY when done. The table needed a second coat to get a rich cherry color but I waited a few weeks. I buffed the table with 0000 fine steel wool; again vacuumed all dust away. You can apply liberally but MUST wipe dry with fresh cheesecloth. The second coat is a nice light brownish-red tone. Very attractive. I have about 1/3 of the can left. I saved $100 ordering the table unfinished. What a treat it is to work on a fresh new piece; I'm used to stripping and refinishing.

Good product but expensive
Like other Watco Danish Oils, this is a very good product. It proivides a consistent good finish and is easy to use. The price point however is high at $90. (Canadian) for a pint. The bottom line is you get what you pay for and this is a quality product.

Great finish, high quality
Love the danish oil, easy to apply, gives my oak dining table a lustrous finish. That said you still need to apply another polyurethane finish to prevent grease to seep through the wood,

Great Product
It is easy to use and very forgiving. Protects the wood and adds some color. Dries quickly.
