Good quality
I was not sure about size and quality but this product is exactly the same as smash bags Iāve seen and used at my club academy. Highly recommend for home practice use.

Inexpensive aid that very quickly teaches a player proper arm and body movements, promoting a full shoulder turn while not allowing the arms to ārun awayā. Everyone should have one.
