Do the job
I got these to make low carb burger buns, which I haven't done yet, but I have used them for air frying cheese chips and they work great for that. Very non-stick, no spraying required, as I'm sure all silicone would be. I like that it was a pack of two six-well trays, but I ended up cutting one into a four and a two as I would only ever need a set of two buns, or occasionally just one for myself. There was also an issue of the full-sized one not fitting in my toaster oven, so the smaller 2 fit perfectly and I can still use the large one in my oven if I would need to. They cut very easily with a standard pair of scissors, which was great. Not sure if anyone else has noticed, but when they get hot, they do change color a little bit, going more of a darker brick red, but as soon as I wash them they come back to the original color. I've never used silicone baking trays before so I have no idea if that's normal, it doesn't bother me just mentioning it. They do still get hot, I think in my mind I thought silicone wouldn't get so hot, but please use caution when you pull them out of the oven. And yes, you definitely need to put a solid tray or a rack underneath it (I use them mainly in my air fryer basket), I'm kind of flabbergasted that people wouldn't understand that these are incredibly flexible. It's silicone, folks ;)

So excited about the ENDLESS possibilities!
When I decided to purchase this silicone mould, I did so with the intention of food prepping egg patties for breakfast sandwiches. So, that’s the very first recipe I tried after it arrived and let me just say…HOLY MOLY. The ham, cheese, and spinach egg patties came out far better then I was expecting. The texture inside was like set custard and the tops were nicely browned. I anticipate this will be a favorite recipe for breakfast food prep for the work week. For some of the complaints that were mentioned in other reviews, I have a few thoughts. For those that mentioned the fact that the tray wasn’t rigid and required support from a tray underneath: of course it’s not rigid. The photos clearly show it being folded in half and twisted to demonstrate the quality of the silicone. If it were a rigid tray. that would not be possible. Placing it on a tray is so simple and effortless, who cares? For those that mentioned their eggs sticking in the moulds, I used avocado oil cooking spray and my egg patties slid right out of the moulds without leaving any bit behind. Try using a different oil than the one you tried and/or try baking your eggs longer at a lower temperature, in a water bath. It only needs a quarter inch to maybe half an inch of water. This is the method that worked for my egg patties: spray with avocado oil, bake in water bath at 350 degrees F, approximately 18 minutes until internal temperature reads 160 degrees F (if you don’t have a meat/food thermometer, I recommend adding that to your Amazon cart right now, it takes a lot of the guess work out of baking/roasting/food safety). This silicone mould fit easily into my countertop Breville air fryer/convection oven. After the success of my first recipe with these, I cannot wait to try banana bread or blueberry muffin tops, mini cake layers, black bean/veggie burgers, and much more. Like the title of my review says, the possibilities are ENDLESS if you have the willingness to try new things, fail occasionally, and be creative. Happy cooking y’all!

Love these molds
I’ve been using these in my restaurant for months now and they still work great. The are the perfect size for cooking eggs or small desserts. Everything comes out easily and they look nice and are flexible for easy cleaning. Great value!

Great size, won’t crisp anything though
I’ve been looking for a small dish to put a single cookie or a dollop of cake batter into my air fryer when I just want a single serving of dessert. I’ve been using 3” metal tart tins so far but they’re a bit too small. This size was better, and I like the price, I’m not a fan of cooking with silicone (freaks me out - manmade substance in high heat). Now I’ve learned there’s another downfall: When you put any baked good in this, the silicone makes the contents sweat. Put cookie dough in it and instead of crisping on the bottom like in a metal pan, it crisps on top and on the sides but underneath it stays gooey and wet and even steamed. Eventually it will bake through but it won’t get crispy. It stays super moist and soft. That may work for you. Not my favorite. But if you know what you’re doing and this is right for you, it seems like a good product.

Works well
These worked very well for baking. The molds are not too thin, but they need some kind of support from a sheet pan or rack. The non-stick of the silicone makes clean up easy.

This is what I wanted.
I've been on a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit kick lately, and found this set to be almost exactly the right size to match the canned jumbo biscuit. These are flimsy except where it counts, almost all silicone pans require a sheet pan for support and these do hold up really well in the cups for whatever you want to pun in there. The finished result was a egg disc slightly larger than the biscuit, and the same size as an english muffin if you are in to that too. I put the pan in my chest freezer until the egg is frozen solid to ensure perfect non-stick extraction. But when testing it, they showed no sign if sticking or tearing anyway. Even though is't silicone, it is advised to use non-stick spray which even helps old and washed many times pans from sticking, and tearing your food apart. BTW I make scrambled eggs with 5 eggs, salt, pepper, and enough milk to make 1 and 1/2 liquid cups, and put 1/4c. in each silicone cup, and sprinkle with a pinch (approx 1 Tbs or so) of extra sharp cheddar cheese. Then bake at 350 degrees F. for 15 minutes. Then put the frozen discs in a ziploc bag and enjoy at my leisure. Enjoy!

Love these ! Perfect for Egg Bites.
My go-to now for egg bites. Egg BItes come out silky smooth, no browning. ( FYI - my recipe uses a water bath. Although my guess is, if you have a recipe that requires browning, skipping the water bath might do it . . .can't tell you for sure. I haven't tried that, myself). I brought the bites out for friends recently, and my girlfriend immediately asked for link to product, to buy her own. Anyway, these molds are great for non-stick. Very easy to clean. Great!
