How long is the warranty?

This is a great question I would be happy to assist you with today. Our ghd Helios Hair Dryer has a 2 year manufacture warranty. This is literally the best hair dryer I have ever used and I am a professional hair stylist. I have had many brands in the past which did not last or damaged hair even with protectant however, this one I have been using for months now in salon and it is amazing and dries the hair very quick giving it shine and beautiful movement without frizziness. Slow delivery and damaged product

Very disappointing! Very slow delivery, it took 10 days for it to be delivered and it arrived damaged and not working. Now i have to wait for them to pick it up and approve the refund.

This blow dryer is AMAZING! I currently have a conair blow dryer and hair that is very thick and gets frizzy when I dry it. This dryer dried my hair in a fraction of the time it normally takes - it also greatly reduced the time it took to use my straightener afterwards. It left my hair very smooth in comparison to my old dryer! I would say it is on the heavier side but totally worth it for the time it takes to finish blow drying my hair.

After a month the hot air quit working! Warm air temperature flow goes on & off to cold air! First using it was fabulous! Took it to my hairdresser to see if he knew the problem. He thought maybe needed to clean filter but no filter to clean???
