In UAE typically the Electric Network is 230 V / 60 Hz. But all the "220 V"-labeled devices I brought from Greece are working fine here. And generally, all the "220 V"-labeled devices have tolerance and are meant as 220-240 V. Also, not only almost all nowadays are 50/60 Hz, but additionally, on the label of the said product on Amazon's page, you see that it supports "50/60 Hz", it is explicitly referred. In conclusion, Yes it will work in the Philippines.

But in options always out put same as mentioned out put socket. Select proper socket according to your device need voltage.
