Does the tent "close" to keep dust/wind/pollen out while drying, or is it always wide open? Does it have vents for air circulation/exhaust?

The product comes with a mess screen that rolls down on the front side to protect your project while drying from dust/wind/pollen. The tent is open on the bottom so this allows natural ventilation to occur while spraying.

Is this intended for a single use/single project? I spray paint a lot, I am interested in a tent I can re-use many times...?

Can it be easily anchored to the ground to use outdoors in windy conditions?

Yes, but if you are expecting extreme windy conditions, it would be best to take it down. It isn't difficult to take apart and re-assemble and worth the effort to keep it from blowing away. It can easily be anchored for normal windy conditions.

Would this work well for spraying cabinet doors? I would like to paint my kitchen cabinets and am looking for a reasonably priced spray booth.

I don't think you can go wrong with this spray shelter. As others have said, you will need to work in small batches unless you have a place/system for hanging your doors to dry outside the shelter. Then you could paint a couple of doors, hang them elsewhere, paint a couple of more...you get the idea. It's not like there is a lot of room to walk around or work inside the shelter. Check the measurements in the description so you don't wind up disappointed. I love mine. I keep it set up all the time in a sheltered place in my yard. There always seem to be something that needs spray painting!
