Abs belt is good, arms not so much.
The abs belt is very good and does make a difference although can be painful if you have it on a very high setting. The abs belt is very easy to use though, the arm toner not so much it's a bit fiddly to get it on, I only used it a few times and haven't used that one since.

Ich bin bzw. war bereits im Besitz des Vorgängermodells des slendertones, welches nach 5-6 Jahren leider den Geist aufgegeben hat (Kabelbruch). Da ich von dem Gerät überzeugt bin, habe ich ohne zu zögern das Nachfolgemodell bestellt. Unterschied zum Vorgänger beim Bauchtrainer: Im Gegensatz zur alten Steuerungseinheit besitzt das neue jetzt 150 Intensitätsstufen, das alte hatte nur 100. Allerdings scheint es so, dass die Stufen an und für nicht mehr so intensiv sind wie die alten, sprich: 150 entspricht in etwa der alten Stufe 100. Die Programme haben sich bei der neuen Steuereinheit auch etwas geändert. Beim Armtrainer: Wer krankheitsbedingt z.B. seine Armmuskulatur erhalten will oder einfach zu wenig Zeit für das Fitnessstudio hat, der kann mit dem Slendertone Armtrainier durchaus Erfolge erzielen. Hier geht die Intensität wie beim Vorgängermodell bis 100 und das ist auch absolut ausreichend. Ja, das Teil ist nicht gerade billig - aber im Gegensatz zu manch anderen Bauchtrainer aus div. TV-Werbungen hilft das Gerät hier wirklich.

Después de seis semanas usándolo, mis brazos se ven mas tonificados, recomiendo constancia, seguiré usándolo para seguir con el mantenimiento. Buena adaptabilidad al brazo de mujer, cómodo, lo recomiendo 100%.

Para mi gusto tiene poca potencia lo uso siempre al máximo, cómo lo tengo que poner al máximo y tampoco lo veo muy práctico y lo uso poco Esperaba algo más de potencia por el precio Los programas tampoco es que vengan muy bien explicado para que son, pero desde la web sí que se puede ver cada programa como usarlo, al principio me costó encontrar la información desde su propia web
