Q: How does it perform for thin slicing Pepperoni

I would say not very well. I have not tried it on pepperoni but I tried to slice a country ham very thin and it ripped it to shreds. It is very difficult to get a thin clean slice.

Q: How loud is the motor?

Not loud at all. Maybe a bit more than the microwave.

Q: Does this only run for 10 minutes?

I ran it for longer than 10 minutes. I had no problem.
