I spend 45 mins every day on the rower and my butt was in pain after each use. After going through different options, I decided to order this one. I was disappointed of how thin the pad is when I first received it. But I am so happy after using it for almost a month. Even though it feel very thin, I feel perfectly fine after my daily exercise and I think it may not work as well if the pad is too thick that it raises the level of the original seat. In addition, the bottom of the pad is rubbery so it does not slip with my moment. I highly recommend it for concept 2 users.

The cushion takes the edge off the firm seat of the rowing machine, providing the perfect amount of cushioning to allow more comfortable longer rowing sessions. The underside of the cushion stops it from slipping. I highly recommend it.
