Wow. This is one of the best books I have ever read. The author applies the Alexander Technique flawlessly to speaking, singing, and breathing, without ever using the words "Alexander" or "Technique". That's pretty cool, because the skills you learn in the Alexander Technique are the foundation for learning ANY skill, so talking about it without using the name "Alexander Technique" removes the false implication that "you have to be a part of our little club before you can do anything correctly". As a professional brass player, I think this is the best information on breathing I've ever seen, and it's probably not what you've been taught before (unless you're VERY lucky). I don't have a higher score to give a non-fiction book.

Great content! Wish I read this before. It gave me so much insight in the overall functioning of the human body.Unfortunately first order was badly glued: first pages almost falling out. I glued it myself.
