I am so pleased to write a review for not just the product but the company and its customer service. I initially purchased this product in August. Unfortunately, when I opened the package it was broken. I sent a message for a replacement. I waited for a notification for a response but saw nothing and took it as a lost. As of last month. I happen to stubble upon a message from customer service replying to my initial message. I was just pleased to see that they in fact did respond and it was my less savvy waves in navigating the app. Out of curtesy I replied back thanking them for their response and explained why and how I missed their message. Again I didn’t expect a message or response back because it’s been a while since they responded to my initial message. To my suprise they replied back and stated they would be sending a replacement. It’s customer service like this that makes anyone a loyal customer. Now on to the product itself. I specifically purchased this product to add clean scent in my kids clothes when doing laundry. This is high quality stuff and I love it! They have sensitive skin so for our family, this is the way to go!

Gave up Dryer Sheets and use Wool balls with Lavender Oil! Only Use Plant Therapy Essential Organic Oil and LOVE IT! 3 Wool balls with 3 drops on each ball leaves my clothes smelling great. First tried it due to a Cat with anxiety. Lavender can not be used directly, so used it on his blankets, he seemed to calm down. Then thought, well I will use on my sheets since he sleeps on top and my husband and I had the best night sleep. Since throwing away the dryer sheets and going with the Wool balls and Essential Lavender my headaches are almost non existent, sleep is more intense and the smell is so pleasant. I have tried other Lavender oils, but always come back to Plant Therapy Organic! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Remove the toxins and go to the fields!

This is a truly lovely, not thin or oily or overly reduced lavender. The price makes it a better value than many similar quality oils. The fragrance is rich -- and true to better lavender varieties. We have loved using this lavender product in diffusers, in a simple roll on bug blend that our dog gets a bit of around her collar, and also, simply, as a simple bedtime massage for our family that helps bring calm to a crazy world. Lavender in the field is naturally insect resistant. I may be wrong, but I believe most lavender growers don't use pesticides to produce lavender for this reason. The organic designation requires a lot of certification application and expense, so I wonder what happens for small lavender farmers who produce pesticide-free lavender but who haven't worked out organic certification.

It's really effective in a roll-on for menstrual cramps (in carrier oil or "neat").

Do not order! Not eligible for return, and the product stinks (smells bad). I cannot use it.

Good, but smells a big funky in the bigger bottle. Therapeutic effects are still there for my daughter but not as nice smelling as the smaller bottle...
