Si has decidido seguir una dieta vegetariana o vegana, y has consultado con un nutricionista, sabrás que sí o sí tendrás que suplementarte con vitaminta B12. Dentro de las opciones que me dió mi nutricionista (diferentes marcas, gotas o pastillas, etc.) finalmente me decidí por la opción de Solaray por las siguientes razones: - Me resulta más práctico tomar la vitamina B12 en una pastilla que no a través de gotas (opción personal). - En este caso, al aportar 2000mcg de B12, solo es necesario tomarla 1 vez a la semana. Para mi es mas sencillo acordarme que los lunes me tengo que tomar la pastillita, que no acordarme todos los días de la semana. - El sabor está muy bien. Es sabor cereza y resulta muy agradable. - Además, por el precio, el bote me tiene que durar casi dos años (vienen 90 pastillas y solo hay que tomarse una por semana). Así que al precio del bote, la inversión es de unos 8 euros al año, lo cuál considero muy barato. Así que en mi caso personal, ha resultado una forma muy fácil y práctica de conseguir no olvidarme de suplementarme con B12 todas las semanas.

Sabe a chuche, está muy buena. Dan ganas de tomar más, jaja. Pero con una toma a la semana es suficiente, con lo cual es ideal. Además, teniendo en cuenta que son 4 al mes, y trae 90 pastillas... Da para aprox 2 años. 10/10
