Will this tricycle work for a tall (38 inches 3 year old) toddler?

Our granddaughter, for whom we bought the trike, is just now 38" tall. It is her perfect size. We bought it early this spring, and she had to grow into it. So yes, it will work for a 38" toddler.

Do I have to assemble this bike?

Yes, you do have to assemble it. I am mother who put it together with my two year old "helping" me, and it was no problem.

How long is the warranty?

Sorry I'm not sure. We bought them for our grandchildren and they don't live near us. The description of the tricycle should provide that. They live them and ride them a lot.
