The cord isn’t playing sound through right side. How can we get it replaced under warranty?

Before replacing it, make sure it's the cord and not the device. Unplug the cord and switch the left and right inputs (plug the right cable into the left headphone and the left into the right). If you're not getting sound through the left side, the problem is the cable. If, however, the right side is still not working, unplug the cable and make sure the device input is not dirty. Blow into it or use a can of compressed air. If this doesn't work, the problem may be with your device. NOW, to answer your question, as with anything, contact the manufacturer. I don't know their return policy.

Are these compatible with hd58x x jubliee

The product description says it does. I have the 565s and they fit. It's a quality cable, much better than the surprisingly cheap original. I expected more from Sennheiser.

There is a listing of what they are compatible with as I screwed up my first order. Mine were compatible w/Senneheiser 580's. So I had purchased 2 cords and I don't know which one you are looking at. They ar VERY Short.
