I have sensitive teeth, and other products, namely Crest, and they hurt my teeth, made little difference, and were messy. This product has worked as described. It hasn’t caused any sensitivity or pain. It is simple to use and easy to clean. I have ordered a set of gel refills to continue whitening my teeth. I like that it is just a 10 minute treatment each day.
