Palmer's Cocoa Butter & Biotin Length Retention Hair Conditioner (13.5 Oz)

I used to use a pricey brand I just couldn't afford anymore. This product moisturizes my wavy, frizz prone, perimenopause hair. It's natural, so I can't speak to how it works on treated hair. It's thick and creamy, which is the formula that has always worked well for me. The coconut scent is fresh. It's not the kind in your SPF at all. My hair doesn't smell like Hawaii afterward. Holding my hair, scent is very faint. My hair combs out well. I don't notice volume (or lack of it), but I don't need it. I use both the shampoo and conditioner. Very good product for the money.

I don't love the smell of this product, but I don't dislike it either. It does leave my hair soft and shiny. I always had straight hair until I got older. As my hormones changed so did my hair. It now has waves. This leaves my hair wavy and not frizzy. It is easy to comb through without detangler. I let my hair air dry. This conditioner keeps my waves wavy without frizz.

I like this one as much as the Tahitian vanilla and acacia honey. Bottles just as big if not a little bigger which is impressive for the price. I tend to not see as much shedding when I use Palmer's shampoo and conditioners. This one has the biotin and collagen in it and my blonde processed hair is almost to my shoulders so I'm trying to grow my hair out before I cut off all the blonde and it seems to be helping thus far. My hair smells really good too clean and fresh it goes well with the Palmer's Cocoa butter lotion I put on I smell like a big piece of sexy chocolate after I put all the lotion on my skin and between that and my hair.

I’ve been using this for about two years now, and it’s made a noticeable difference in my hair. Before I started, I was shedding a lot in the shower, but that completely stopped once I added this to my routine. My hair looks healthier, holds moisture better, and overall just feels stronger. The scent is great, the texture is lightweight and creamy, and the quality is exactly what you’d expect from Palmer’s. It’s been consistently reliable, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking to improve their hair’s health.

Love the product just not the bottle it is in. That is why only a 4 star. Difficult for my arthritic hands to handle and product is thick. Just difficult to get product out. Other that that I have long wavy to spiral curly that tends to frizz hair that is greying, post menopausal with medical history that dried my hair out, plus I have nutrition absorption issues which all affect my hair growth and strength. I honestly am picky and was pleasantly surprised by how my hair felt and smelled. I am on the prowl and want to try a few more products out there before I settle on a product.

Rich creamy consistency, hydrates my locks. Amazing cocoa scent is like an aroma therapy session in the shower every morning.

I am a ride or die for palmers. Across the board, All Palmer’s products have no competitors in the non-luxury/drug store market. As far as product quality and effectiveness, this conditioner is no different. My hair feels soft but not greasy and weighed down. It smells divine, as always can be expected with palmers; that is when I can get it out of the dang bottle. For me, this packaging is a major miss. I guess it’s designed to be ergonomic? It’s thin so it doesn’t take up much space on your shower rack - so thin however, that it is often unable to stand upwards in my shower, it’s constantly falling from the rack to the floor, then sliding around the floor - ultimately just being stored on its side wherever the heck it lands. Its thinness makes it impossible to get product out, you have to ***squeeze*** the tube with both hands, and once it’s squeezed, it doesn’t “reinflate” so by the third squeeze it’s warped to the latest squeezed position and it’s hard to get any more product out. This annoys me very much, and deters me from wanting to purchase this conditioner because the packaging experience really puts a damper on the enjoy ability/ease of use. Can’t yall put it in a pump bottle or something? Pleeeease 🙏

Good for unruly hair. Not easy to get out of the container as product itself is like thick cream! I would buy it again.

Lovely smell. It's just really hard to squeeze it out of this bottle. I also don't like how thin and tall it is cause it tips over very easily on my shower rack. I have itchy and dandruff scalp. This is not worsening it but doesn't fix it either.
