This is one of those kitchen gadgets you didn't know you wanted until you buy one. This is a brilliant kitchen tool, I love using it, so easy and simple but beautiful looking vegies on your plate. Highly recommend to anyone who is tired of boring vegies and wants a bit of extra pizzaz at mealtimes. And so versatile, you're only limited by your imagination!

I received my Brieftons 7-Blade Spiralizer very speedily by courier, strongly boxed, and I'm amazed to find such high quality at this price point, with free delivery too ... the Briefton is a superbly presented tool, and so well made, (a huge bonus to find in a world where Far Eastern knock-offs so often disappoint). I am also very impressed with Briefton's PDF files and videos online. Their website is a treasure trove. My early experiments have been promising, and I'm sure it'll help me replace the pasta I can't eat with better veggie alternatives. I have no hesitation in recommending this kit, it's top quality and the handle turning, blade replacement and cleaning up tasks are simple, intuitive and secure, though the manual is a must-read. A little imagination allows the production of so many recipe variations. By making large surface area spirals, I'm sure it'll work great to make inputs my dehydrator. I always take care, but any fears about sharp parts can be solved by acquiring thick nitrile or Kevlar gloves. My only recommend to the firm is that the 12 page guide included, though very informative and comprehensive, being in A5 format, its very small print is a bit tough on my ageing eyes. I scanned it in the end, which worked well. I can't find a PDF for the main booklet on their site, but perhaps they'll add that to the others. There ARE many other useful videos and booklets on their site, though, and on other web sites too. The main online recipe sites show lots of results on a "spiralizer" search. This kit is certainly not merely for vegans or vegetarians, and the results look truly appetizing. It's fun to use, and I look forward to many spiralizing sessions with every potentiallly spiralizable vegetable. I shall certainly use it on the mooli radish in my kimchi, and for some fancy looking sauerkraut and fermented carrots.

My new Briefton 7-blade spiralizer arrived one day before scheduled. Between 5-blade and 7-blade I decided to order the newest one and take advantage of many more options this precious small machine offers. For the last year I have been in transition to vegetarian, cutting off many things I used to eat. I have always liked vegetables, so I have not had too much problem on the transition. I have been cutting my vegies with a knife, sometimes a tedious task when in rush to eat something nice. It was by last Christmas celebration that I happen to accompany my family to a restaurant where after looking for a vegie dish I found and ordered a tasty Zuchini Noodles topped by cheese. I had to remove the cheese, for dairy products are not in my new diet. I enjoyed so much I wanted to know how to do that by myself. Someone mentioned machines doing this. It was then that I started searching for the best one available in the online market. I excellent reviews on the Briefton products, first the 5-blade spiralizer and all that it can make for anyone. But a new sign on it made me interested on the 7-blade spiralizer instead. I quickly ordered it via Amazon Canada from vendor TuluShop. I preparation for its arrival I bought a bunch of Zuchiny at the near store. As soon as I received my new Brieton 7-blade Spiralizer from the vendor (TuluShop), I did prepare my Zuchini Noodles w/ no cheese and it looked exactly as online pictured. I have now enjoyed this dish since then and I do not need to go to a restaurant for this anymore. I have also tried carrot noodles and combined with zucchini makes an excellent dinner. I have yet to try different vegetables like beets and others. The machine is so easy to use. It is just what I wanted and needed. For its purpose I think many others would be pleased to have like members of my family. I highly recommend this little machine to anyone enjoying vegetables
