I was a little reluctant to order this item, due in large part, to my history with loofah sponges in the past. I had used loofah products in the past, but after ordering and using this product, it became immediately clear to me that the products I had used before were of such inferior quality to this product. The products I had used before were SO STIFF and uncomfortable to use, that I would quickly abandon them and go back to using a “plain old” washcloth—-despite the likely resulting detriment in the health and wellbeing of my skin! However, this product brought an entirely improved experience. It worked extremely well with my body wash and lathered well. The loofah also “softened” nicely as I washed, so while it still provided excellent exfoliation and cleaning, it also softened and was much more comfortable to use than I had ever experienced with any other, obviously inferior, loofah products. My skin felt SO CLEAN AND SOFT after using this loofah—with much less “scratchiness” than with lesser products. I have to say, I am very impressed with this product——true quality, all the way. Just as an aside, the product was very nicely packaged and even included a nice washcloth in addition to the two loofah sponges. I could not be more pleased and I really appreciate the obvious dedication this company appears to have, not only for quality products, but also for notably quality service. Thanks!

I had no idea there were more than one kind of loofah (I've just been buying whatever big multi-packs I could find for years...) so I'm SO glad these showed up in my search this time around! I'll probably never buy anything other than this brand ever again! (And/or if I ever HAVE to, I'll be looking for EGYPTIAN Loofahs, specifically, from now on!) If, like me, you had no idea there was a difference until this very moment... So... Y'know how most of the the multi-packs out there come with like maybe one or two (if you're lucky) "perfect"-textured sponges, but most are WAAAAY too soft, (so ineffective that you might as well just throw them out immediately) and the rest are so overly harsh and dense that they'd take years of rust off cast iron in one swipe? Yeah... Eff that sh... These are ALL. UNIFORMLY. PERFECT! They're overall very soft and spongy/airy, but the fibers themselves have the PERFECT structure/stiffness for skin exfoliation (I might not be describing that as well as I could, but trust me -- you'll see what I mean when you feel the texture of these Egyptian ones vs. one of the inferior varieties) ((Idk what the other varieties are named... But trust me -- "inferior" IS accurate.)) Anyway -- 100,000% worth giving these these a try! (Or... Y'know, actually... Maybe don't -- I don't want the company to start raising prices... 😅) Joking aside, these ARE actually amazing, and I DO actually recommend them! (You're welcome!) OH, ALSO: I ended up buying a couple packs of this brand's li'l facial scrubber rounds and a pack of these big body loofahs all at the same time, but my body loofah pack came with one of the face rounds as a freebie anyway... (So... Jus' sayin' -- if you need/want, both sizes but don't wanna buy a whole dang pack of the li'l rounds before getting to test one out, you can get just the body loofah pack to try both! 😉)

To the people leaving reviews about finding things in the Loofah, and saying they found bugs or insect eggs.... Do you know what a Loofah is??!! It is a living growing fruit, that when fully mature can have 30 or more seeds that are dark brown or black in color. Immature seeds are white in color. Please stop leaving stupid negative reviews if you do not know what you are talking about. Google a picture of a Loofah seed, I bet it looks exactly like the horrible thing you "found" in your Loofah. To those complaining they were flat. Yes, they normally ship them flat. Did you actually use the Loofah a few times? I bet it ended up getting pretty big and poofy after a few uses. And yes, not every Loofah will be exactly the same because, once again, it started out as a living growing fruit! Please people start leaving intelligent reviews! These Loofahs are great, they are exfoliating, and do exactly what they were intended to do. Plus they are a very nice size, and they hold up very well.
