Très bien
On peut apprécier ce livre même si l'on n'est pas thérapeute. Si on est intéressé par la psychologie et la thérapie, on peut y trouver des explications très concrètes. Si on a fait soi-même une thérapie, on peut évaluer sa thérapie, ou du moins prendre conscience des méthodes de son thérapeute par comparaison avec ce qui est affirmé dans cet ouvrage. La lecture en est très accessible, il n'y a pas besoin d'être spécialiste du domaine.
