Hard to quantify but easy to take
After a second bout with gout in a year I was doing a search on the causes and possible medications and ran across this product. By the time it arrived the gout was going away on its own and I can't say for sure if the product helped or not, but I continue to take it as a possible protection against further attacks. Since I can't say for sure if it helps or not I can just say that if you've suffered gout it wouldn't hurt to try it. It's supposed to balance out the Uric Acid in your system so maybe it does but I have no way of measuring it and would have to go to my doctor for a checkup on my systems Uric Acid levels.

Not sure about these
I have mild gout in my feet and I get flare ups roughly every 12-18 months. When a flare up starts to happen I have a variety of natural remedies (including monitoring my diet pretty strictly) that I use and I'm usually good to go after a couple days. My most recent flare up was worse for some reason and none the stuff I normally do seemed to be working so I decided to try these. Ultimately, I don't know that they really did anything. My flare up eventually subsided but I don't really think it had anything to do with these pills.
