This mat is large enough to keep my spin cycle on top of. It's thick, sturdy, and stops my bike from leaving marks on the floor. It'd also be great as a general exercise mat.

I purchased this during Covid for my exercise bike and it has been a great support mat for me. My bike has never slipped and it gives a little bit of comfort and stability underneath. I also won’t have to worry about scratches on the floor or noise transfer from biking upright on this bike because of this mat. Overall I liked this and was happy I purchased this a few years ago. It can also double as a thick yoga mat if you choose to repurpose it! It’s a sleek dark black mat with non slip grip which is great for yogi hands and feet or gym accessories.
