Hamlyn Weber's Barbecue Bible

I wouldn’t say this is new recipes given that it is identical to Weber’s Ultimate Grilling that I bought last year. It’s just written for the English market. Things like cups converted to ml’s and cilantro for coriander. It’s a great book but don’t get fooled like I did.

Don’t get conned! Very disappointed that this is an exact replica of Weber’s Ultimate Grilling releases in 2019 - page for page replica!! Jamie Purviance should be ashamed!

Having recently purchased a Weber Spirit 2 gas BBQ we thought a reference book would be helpful having previously used basic charcoal/lump wood BBQ’s and a volcanic rock open gas bbq in the past.This book takes you through all the do’s and dont’s, also with fabulous recipes as well. It’s make all the difference in being able to get this type of cooking achieved with successful results. I’d definitely recommend it.

I think it's a great book arrived today and I'm stuck into it. I can grill & smoker already, it has lots of recipes, how to grill different methods, direct, indirect, low and slow, how to brime & dry brime, how to make sauces. Different weber grill & smokers and how to use, one of those books I know I'll keep going back to, in a sentence definitely get this book

I have three Weber charcoal bbq’s , one as a rotisserie (brilliant) one as a pizza oven and the other for normal bbq. Two years ago I had a Weber cooking course. You learn so much. This book is the next stage. I have cooked several meals from it. You just follow step by step. Any man can do it 😄
