All pills were stuck together.
The supplements were stored in a very hot place, and the pills were all stuck together I could not even manage to take one without popping. Iโm never ordering supplements from Amazon again.

don't feel any "special" effect on my body, health or mind
I have taken various forms of zinc supplements since 2000 but strangely, I do not feel any good/ beneficial effect after taking this Solgar Chelated Zinc even for weeks.. did a random comparison by rotating (on seperate days) between Calcium-Magnesium-Zinc (another brand) during night time, and I can feel the difference next morning. thinking if I should just throw this bottle away now

Great price and product
I have an MTHFR gene mutation and I have to use chelated zinc and methylated folate. Mutation is quite common especially with ADHD. 250 tablets! Plus in the end you have a great jar ๐คฏ

Great product that works.
I learned that taking Zinc at night is best. I'm usually sick the majority of winter due to a lung disease, but this time it was only once instead of back to back, after taking it nightly. I swear by this brand and will continue to purchase it.
