Are they individually wrapped?

One package containes 5 icy hot patches. They are not individually wrapped, but don't need to be. The package that holds the 5 patches is resealable.

What is the actual size of the patches?

Mine are large extra strong BACK and measure 10cm X 20cm. You can get them in different sizes and for different problems. I find these very good,

What is the expiration date?Thanks

The expiration date can be found on the inner bag which contains the patches. I bought my last batch in September of 2021. It does not expire until December 2023.

Great for pain relief

These stick on great and last for hours. They’re effective for me in pain relief and though the smell is noticeable, you get used to it and I don’t think people around you notice.
