Good until it blows up.
I liked this welder a lot. Versatile, lightweight and powerful. Great for jobs on the go. Stick function welds like butter. I used this machine as my go to welder ever since I bought it in January of '18.Unfortunately this welder blew up on me a few days ago at 3 years and 9 months old. I was welding on a part. Phone rang and I stopped to go answer it. About 2 minutes into the phone call I heard a breaker pop and the welder shut off. Reset the breaker and tried turning the welder back on and nothing. Took the welder apart and the copper traces for the bridge rectifier for the low voltage electronics had been vaporized.Called a service center and they want $900 for just the control board by itself. Half the cost of a new welder. If you would of asked me a week ago about this welder I would highly recommended it.Today, I can not and will not recommend this machine to anyone. It's sad that a machine that I invested over $2,600 in (one-pak kit with extras) can't last much past it's warranty period.I have bought a new transformer based machine from a different manufacturer as these style machines have the longevity that I desire.

Petty Complainers
I have owned Many Lincoln products the Last 40 years. I currently have 8 Lincoln products. The 210MP is a happy addition, to the Complainers about pictures and what you need to do to Tig or Mig, you need to do a bit of research before you just go out and buy a machine, the 210MP is way more complicated then your old Buzz Box stick welder where you can just Plug and Play. This machine requires you to Read, it’s a Multi-Process Machine. If it was easy everyone would do it. When I hear people complain you have to lift a cover to plug your Tig torch control in and or take the cover off to install a plug then why didn’t you research that before you bought the machine? It’s so darn easy to do and yet people complain. Do you complain when you can’t remember the wrench size for your oil pan drain plug when changing your own oil? Get my point? Lincoln makes great Products, I swear by them. Sure things can always improve. Just like the complainers, Improve, learn to research before you complain, you have choices and you made the choice to buy it! Yet You complain when you bought it! Can lead them to water but can’t make the drink it... learn to research your items, Lincoln has some of the Best technical support and product support out there. Call them, ask questions. Don’t blame others for your short sidedness!!! Go Lincoln! Also, No I don’t work for Lincoln nor advertise for them.
