It works very well, it has helped me a lot in my workouts, I use it for 15 minutes in each warm-up. Very comfortable, the only drawback I have found is that it gets out of place with use but nothing that prevents you from training with it.-----Muy funcional, me ha ayudado bastante en mis entrenamientos, la uso 15 minutos en cada calentamiento. Second high-altitude training mask I’ve owned. Does what it says and works well. Great for the price.

I admit to being a bit skeptical about this product before purchasing, but I wanted to give it a fair shake. I used it about once or twice, but couldn't see myself using it again. It's too muggy in there and it just looks weird. I don't necessarily think there's anything wrong with this particular product compared to others like it, but it's just not for me.

Perfect for running and gym workouts. Great quality and no issues of slipping, chafing or breakouts in areas of contact. Excellent breathing capacity.
