Do you have to take these out the tank, after time or can you leave them in the tank permanently

I think everyone has their own opinions on whether to leave them in permanently, In my experience I just left them in I change some of them occasionally, the last ones I put in have been in there for at least a month if not longer Hope this helps 😊
