Can I use this cream before straightening my wavy hair?

Accepted Answer

It is wise not to wash hair "before" chemical product processing because of the opening of pores and the friction during washing before straightening.  Follow directions on straightening product and use the items inside package.  You may condition hair with this product after straightening.  My opinion only.

Question 2

Why does this product contain alcohol? Why would I want a drying Ingredient in my scalp?

Because they sold their original formulas and company to a white partnership. Now all of their products and I mean ALL are drying. I wasted so much money on three different lines of theirs and it was horrible. I even consulted with another customer who used to use their products and she also agreed.
