No, it's not just "water in a bottle" as some have written here. I was a bit skeptical at first because that's what it looks like. Mine didn't come with a leaflet in the package so I went on the company website and found more details there. If you fill the dropper and take it out, then put it against a white wall you will see it is slightly pink/red. They explain this on the website. Keep the gold bad to store it in, away from EMF.
