It does not fit a skinny arm. I took it to a jeweler to have more holes made on the strap.

Is the big second hand moves only for chronometer used?

Yes. The big one is for chronometer; the small one at the bottom is the second hand.

Why this watch is twice cheaper then tissot.com is it Chinese made?

mine did not seem to be. Amazon is very sensitive to the fact that the watch does not cone with a manufacturers warranty and provides a separate guarantee. There are ways to spot fakes, look on Youtube to read about defects in Chinese. I have no issues with my watch since purchase. Fakes are more likely to be found on Ebay or other sites.
