This item arrived safe and well packaged. This recorder is lovely and compact, so is really handy to keep in your pocket - or use the handy clip to attach it onto yourself/belt/bag etc. With 1 button to press to start recording, this device is ready to go whenever you are. I'm one of life's forgetful people... unless it's written down, I won't remember it. But then I forget where I wrote it, or don't have that to hand when I need it. So to be able to record voice memos, I'm able to reorganise my life a little better. I organise several hobby groups, large events, meetings, pitches and so much more... this helps me keep track of all of those tasks required each day. Being able to wear it also helps to record meetings and conversations, so I can take more accurate notes in my own time. Having the ability to listen to and review recording without a computer is also very useful indeed! There appears to be a huge amount of storage - 64GB - on this, so running out of space is many many hours away!! The clarity of recordings is fantastic. You can hear every detail when you listen back. I highly recommend this product.

I've been using this voice recorder for a while now so I think I have a fairly good idea of its key pros and cons: + extremely easy to use without needing to navigate through options, push and record! + extremely robust build. Made of high quality alloy so internal bits are protected. + very easy to upload recordings to my laptop using mini usb connection. + excellent customer service and product support when I asked how to change file names after recordings are done by the device itself. + built-in hook. - black color coating on the black model will rub off eventually. - I needed to use and plug in the music playback attachment with option to plug my own headset if I want to listen to my recording without upload it to my laptop - I would rather have a design with direct headphone jack on the device itself. - fiddly to change settings. I needed to plug the device to my laptop before I can change settings due to no screen/buttons to press. Overall, I would highly recommend this product. It's been very helpful to me record my notes in meetings and been helpful to flag to me details which I may have forgotten about from my meetings. Excellent customer service from the manufacturer!

All of so very disappointing sad and extremely annoying:- disappointing because it is an excellent piece of engineering, robust, neat, with excellent sound quality and profile, totally let down by incompetent firmware. Sad because of the totally wasted effort put into the design of the product. And extremely annoying because of every note or random noise recorded whilst trying to use it on my computer, I can no longer extinguish; or do anything at all with. The firmware, you see, has completely broken down and the device is therefore non-existent as far as the computer is concerned. Hence I cannot access any work or item recorded. It is all still on the device and can only be heard on the ear-phones. So; now no more than a piece of junk! Such a shame.

Good bit of kit. Clear audio even with background noise. I found if you hang it on your clothing and moving when using it, it can be noisy rubbing on your clothes as it picks this noise up. ONE THING TO NOTE: I left mine plugged in to a usb port over night and next day when I started my PC it would not boot! just came up with a flashing cursur on screen. I have usb as first boot device in my bios (MSI B450 motherboard). All other usb devices I leave plugged in haven't caused the issue so I'm not sure what's different about this one. Might not do it on all MB's but worth mentioning.

Stopped charging and started malfunctioning only after 2 months. Recording quality was ok, sound was muffled. Capacity is good. overall value for money no good as doesn't work.

Came on time and seems great just have not manage to full try it yet as my pc broke but when turned on then off and put head phones in it recorded and played so seemed simple . Just need my pc up n running to check it out

This was bought so I could record my college lecture. When linked to the app in my phone this little device is great at audio capturing what my tutor says and is great for revision time
