Devil May Cry: The Chronicles of Vergu Hardcover – Illustrated, August 27, 2013

For strip lovers and DMC universe fans. Great peace of art.

I loved how fast this product came in. The story actually explains a lot about events and helped a newbie to Devil May Cry understand who Vergil is.

I had pre-ordered this book to go with the DmC game that came out awhile ago. I say book because it's hardcover. The artwork isn't really the style of the game but it's still beautiful. I wish that the book itself had more content to it. It's worth the purchase if you're a DmC fan of any sort. We don't get a lot of Vergil in our lives.

The graphic novel came in a big box and is in great condition when opened and read through!

This is actually a gift for someone so I can't speak in general about the story but as an overall look, I can say it's decent. My only thing is that I do wish the comic was a little bit longer. I also don't know if the print was purposely made to me crooked(the print from the front and back) but it still looks good.

My daughter loves this book. DMC is her favorite game. She likes knowing the back story of Vergil and Dante.

I really enjoyed this prequel. The style it was drawn & tone it was written in really matches the setting of the game.
