I've worn these several times for10-20 miles bike rides. They remind me of good quality board/swim shorts and offer good comfort. They are breathable and roomy, so you don't over sweat with these. They definitely help reduce abrasion or chaffing, but it's always a good idea to get a padded or gel seat cushion for the bike as well for maximum support.

Size fit like shorts I have over the decades. I have worn size Large in pants from Walmart to Patagonia. These are truly the correct size. The light gray I purchased is way lighter in color than the pics. The material is much cheaper nylon appearance (slick) than the pics that look soft and cottony. The pad inside feels big, thick, nice and loose fitting compared to road bike tight pants. I would definitely buy again because of the functionality and costs.

Excellent! The only thing is the waistband string is flimsy ! Very durable in Washer and dryer.

The two reasons I don't like it are as follows. The padding along the center area (see photo) makes it uncomfortable. Also, I like the loose shorts, but the inner part I would prefer to be less baggy in order for the padding not to move around and go out of place.

These shorts are perfect for someone biking who doesn’t want the tight fit of biking shorts. Not only are they comfortable, but they have deep pockets with zippers to bring along a phone, keys and other essentials. They stretch and provide functionality as one rides. Off bike, they look like normal shorts. Win-win! Highly recommend and the price is more reasonable than most.

For the money these check all the boxes for bike shorts: baggy fit for easy movement, multiple zipper pockets, padded liner. None of these are up to the quality, strength, and comfort of the $100 name brand bike shorts I also own, but you get what you pay for, so I'm not taking off any points for that. The waist is draw string but it works, I also wish these were just an inch or two longer. My chief complaint is that the padded liner has weak elastic on the legs, which combined with it being shorter than typical bike shorts caused it to quickly ride up my leg, making for an uncomfortable ride. And it's sewed in all the way around, not meant to be removable at all. If you have the same problem, my recommendation is to to carefully cut it out (it's easy to cut the thin fabric of the outer pants also) and wear the outer shorts over top of a set of proper bike shorts.
