Not worth for the money
Don't see any value addition to this new model, except the plastic colour. Water overflow inside the filter is diluting the decoction. very bad design. The thermostat time and filtration time is not matching. Not worth for the money.

Excellent product for strong coffee. Finish - below par
I use 2 heaped teaspoons of coffee to get 500 ml of piping hot strong coffee in under 5 minutes. Filters and the steel jug are easy to clean. Very happy with performance. The jug handle - on the right hand side bottom end is not finished properly. The chromed part is not seated into the black plastic handle fully and has a rough edge. Could have been attended to. Other than that - very good product for coffee lovers. After using the product for a few weeks, I have to dd the following: 1. Decoction quality and time - no complaint what-so-ever. Am enjoying the flavour and strength of the decoction. 2. The polished heater plate gets scratched. No sure it it is metal or plastic or mirrored glass. Either way, scratches should not form. I have a scratched ring on the plate. 3. It could be on account of the filter having a flat base (other coffee makers have a conical filter), quite often, the decoction tends to collect and form a pool on the net of the 2nd filter (the larger one) One has to tilt the filter this way and that for all the decoction to drain out.

Horrible Product!😡
Horrible experience!😡😞....coffee maker didn't even switch on....and amazon messed up on replacement and now I am begging for refund and some one from Amazon to come and pick up the item!It was my mistake to go for a not reliable brand and believing the 4.2 star rating on Amazon.Friends, buy this at your own risk!😞I am compelled to give 1 star bcse no star option is not there!
