Why do you sell this item in a four pack only? This is a new item from Olay...maybe your customers want to try it out not stock up on it.

I was thinking the same thing. I would even buy a variety pack of the three new Olay items. But four of the same? ...and it’s new? Naaaa. Just spent 30 minutes looking for 1 or 2 packs; or even samples. Oh well, I’ll look for a collagen competitor until I can get out to buy one bottle.

How can I be sure I will get a 4 pack? there are too many complaints of people only receiving one in their order? Makes me not want to order.

I did get all 4. Turns out I wasn’t that wild about it. It sounded great, but I saw no real changes. I went back to the regular Olay. Happy. Quality at less price than this. I am happy.

I bought at a local store due to not being able to get the n Amazon. Mine is very watery and does not lather at all. This cannot be normal, can it?

No, it is not normal. Appears the distributor is untrustworthy. My purchase from Amazon for Play ultra-moisture she's butter bodywash is pretty thick, and makes a great lather; and it takes several times to wash out from my bathpuff. I'm very happy with my purchase, and fairly sure you will be too ! I cannot verify any other Play product.
