Isn't there supposed to be 3 bags of hay when purchased? I only received two.

I did get 3 bags of hay in mine. I think you can reach out to the seller and inform them of this and I hope you get another free bag for your troubles. :-)

Can it be used for hamsters?

Yes. My hamster loved eating hay. They also enjoy dried mealworms.

Would this be ok for my finches to use in their little house?

Hey, Product failures of course can occur to any product line, but I have found Kaytee products to always be fresh and top shelf. Their product line does tend to be a relatively stable hay and grass, but good is good! I think Kaytee must care, who else cares about Exotics but them and a few others? I and my wabbit, Mokita do appreciate Kaytee. :))

My fur baby’s new favorite hay! I buy these quite often and have never been disappointed. Great price, quality and quantity. When I opened the bag I was surprised by all the pieces of cranberry in it. I’ve been trying all the different types of hay to find out which is his favorite and so far it’s this, carrot of course and marigold. I always keep all three so I can mix it up for him so he’s not always having to eat the same thing every day. He loves them! Highly recommend!!

My piggies absolutely love this hay. They're very particular little critters, and they one like this size lol. I don't know if it's packaged differently or what, but whenever I get the smaller bags, the hay is always much better quality...there's no dust or crumbs and it always smells great!

I wish I could get a picture but I’m scared lol no fr. I ordered 2/23/24 and received it 2/27/24 when I opened it it had flying bugs inside. The expiration date says 12-16-2024 so I don’t know how the bug got inside. I don’t won’t a refund I want a replacement smh…. please don’t buy 🤦🏽‍♀️
