Must have for yoga workout & stretching

My yoga book uses a wooden block. I'm glad I found this. It's very nice. It's hard sturdy like a block of wood, but much lighter. When I ordered it I didn't know what the belt was for. It was an option to get this without the belt but I'm glad I got this one. I found out at physical therapy. It is extremely useful to help increase stretches.
