Not all Walmart's carry the same product in-store. At the time, this was a great deal here on Amazon and I didn't have a Walmart close to me. If you don't spend $4 in gas or shipping then you should get it local if it's cheaper.

Good fit and comfortable

These are really good and comfortable. They shrink a little in the wash, the first time so going one size up may be a good idea. My daughter is 10yrs old and is a 12-14 size and we got the 36 which is just right. We ordered a second set of these too.
